Childhood and Education
Mykhailo Zborovskyi was born on October 11, 1991, in the village of Krasylivka, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukraine. He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, earning a Bachelor's degree in "Accounting and Auditing" and a Master's degree in "Applied Economics."
Zborovskyi took his first steps in the field of economics, but in the early stages, he showed interest in programming and analytics.
Professional Activity
Zborovskyi began his career as an economist at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. However, he later focused on the IT sector and gambling. By studying the technologies and legal aspects of the gambling market, the future entrepreneur gained deep experience in software development.
From 2020 to 2023, he provided consulting services to companies such as TOV "ADTEK", TOV "Epic Media", and Rikkicom, helping to optimize software solutions.
In 2023, he became the beneficiary of NEURALINK LLC, which operates the Cosmobet brand, having received a license to organize online gambling in Ukraine.
He was the beneficiary of Neuralink LLC, which operates the Cosmobet brand, from 2023 to 2025, which received a license to organize online gambling in Ukraine. Since May 2025, he has been an independent expert in the strategic development of iGaming products.
"I remember working in the bank, sitting at the computer and dreaming of launching my own project in the IT sector. At the time, it seemed like this required huge resources and years of preparation. But starting small—with consulting services in software for IT companies—I gradually gained experience, and later took the big step of investing in the gambling market. Now I understand that the main thing is not ideal conditions, but the readiness to take risks and act, even if the path seems difficult."
Public Activity
Zborovskyi actively supports the development of IT in Ukraine and encourages the use of innovative approaches in various industries. He advocates for the implementation of responsible principles in business and improving the quality of technological solutions in the field of online gambling.
Charitable Activities
The businessman is actively engaged in volunteer work, providing support to Ukrainian military units and charitable organizations. His contribution to the assistance of the AFU/ZSU has earned him acknowledgements from the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (MoD), the 74th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion, and commendations for assisting the "Kraken" Special Unit, the Special Operations Forces of the AFU (SOF), the "1991" Charitable Foundation, the Dnipro Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade of the AFU, and the reconnaissance unit of the 1st Company of the 207th Territorial Defense Battalion (TrO).
Hobbies
In addition to his professional activities, Zborovskyi actively participates in running marathons. He admits that this hobby not only maintains his physical fitness but also helps to develop endurance, discipline, and strategic thinking, which significantly influences his approach to business and project management.
